  • Please provide a finalized technical plan (e.g., floor plan, landscape plan) along with a moodboard containing key materials, furniture inspirations, plant types, and other important details.

  • Once you submit the form, I will review your documents and prepare a custom offer. After you accept, the planning phase begins, during which I will visually develop your plan. You can ask questions and request minor adjustments throughout this phase.

  • I accept both document files (e.g., DOCX, DOC, PDF, TXT) and image files (e.g., PNG, JPG, TIFF, HEIC) for technical plans and moodboards.

  • The turnaround time depends on the project scope, but typically you will receive the final render within 2-4 weeks after confirming the order.

  • Yes, small changes are possible during the planning phase. Larger revisions should be clarified before starting the project.

  • The offer includes creating a detailed 2D visualization based on your plans and requirements. Additional custom services can be arranged separately.

  • Right of Withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw your visualization request before the visualization phase begins without providing any reason. The start of the visualization phase will be clearly communicated to you.

    Once the visualization phase has commenced, your right of withdrawal for this request expires.

    Consequences of Withdrawal

    If you withdraw from the contract, any 50% prepayment you have made will be refunded promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
